“My philosophy of care is centered on empowering individuals to achieve their highest level of function, mobility, and well-being through evidence-based, patient-centered care. Whether working in an outpatient clinical setting or on the football field, I am committed to providing holistic, individualized, and goal-oriented treatment that enhances recovery, lowers injury risk, and optimizes performance. My passion lies in helping individuals regain confidence in their movement, whether that means returning to daily activities, competing at the highest level, or simply moving without pain.”
Fun fact:
I tore my ACL while studying to become a physiotherapist—talk about hands-on learning! Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, I faced my fair share of injuries, and that journey inspired me to help others get back to doing what they love.
